The key to my entry into the field of my coaching was my participation in teaching analysis, which lasted one year in a group of 10 psychologists and psychiatrists.
There I was confronted with the classic methods of psychoanalysis, broadened through group-dynamic approaches.
I could then tie up this knowledge with a series of management seminars on motivation and development of organization, as well as with my wide experience in leadership and business consulting.
During my engineer pedagogue education and my time as lecturer at the Teachers University in Styria, I acquired the astonishing findings of modern neuroscience for the neurobiological fundamentals of human motivation and aggression, and developed practical methods for their application in the area of coaching.
Through my UNO activity in regional economic development projects I could apply these findings very successfully also for political processes in decision-making.
